We started as a small family, home-based business in 1993 in Orangeville, ON with George Jonker as president. Over the years we have grown as family members joined the company, creating a competitive, reputable business. The company became incorporated in 1998 and has grown in size to a fleet of between ten and twenty tractors which is split between company trucks and owner operators.
We transport goods, regular and over-sized, throughout Canada and the United States and we have a growing variety of trailers to service many different needs and requirements.
Jonker Trucking Inc. is a proud and active member of C-TPAT, PIP, as well as CFIB and the Hamilton Transportation Club. We are active in community projects and put a lot of emphasis on running a company that is strong on family values.
